JOY, JOY, JOY
"Rejoice in the Lord, I say it again rejoice!" Phillipians 4 (NIV)
There are a million things I could say about the subject of Joy, "it's wonderful when you have it."
But so often the majority of us struggle to maintain our joy in a world filled with so much pressure and turmoil. If you are feeling heavy hearted today. Please be encouraged and know that your heavenly father loves you. Why not ask the Lord to help you to show you how to recapture the joy in your life.
Food for thought
Joy is something that needs to be claimed and reclaimed on a daily basis. If we are to maintain it and not loose it to the cares of this world. Spending a few minutes a day and making space in your day for the Lord will rejuvenate your mind body and spirit.

THE SON IS RISING
There was a song by a secular group called "The Beloved" The chorus of the song just repeated the words it's just the sun rising.... restless lover spread your wings as the day begins ..dah.. dah.. dah.. etc. This illustration examines the idea of the joy and radiance of the son of God rising to meet us in the morning, through the simple illustaration of the sun rising over a cliff top town.
